Mary Evelyn Mills, 69, of Demopolis died Sunday, May 22 at Druid City Hospital in Tuscaloosa. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 26 at Moundville United Methodist Church at 1 p.m. with Rev. Edwin King presiding. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Moundville. Magnolia Chapel South Funeral Home presiding. Visitation is set to begin one hour prior to service.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl R. Mills, mother Evelyn Ladnier, father Robert Ladnier, brother Steve Ladnier and brother Tony Ladnier.

She is survived by her daughters Carla Mills Turner and Robin Mills Griffin of Demopolis, son Rickey (Audrey) Mills of Baker, Fla., as well as grandchildren Chuck Griffin, Mary Frances Griffin, Marc Mills, Madolyn Mills, Hayden Mills and Emily Turner. Honorary pallbearers include Dr. Alilonu, Dr. Hinton and Dr. Robards.
