Mr. Henry L. Smoot, age 27 of Birmingham, Alabama, former native of Emelle, Alabama passed October 24, 2011 at U.A.B. Medical Center, Birmingham, Alabama. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 29, 2011 at 1 p.m. at Livingston Jr. High School Auditorium, Livingston, Alabama.  Rev. James T. Caver will officiate.  Interment will follow in New Jones Cemetery, Emelle, Alabama. The remains will repose at the gymnasium on Saturday beginning at noon. Public viewing will be held Friday from 1-6 p.m. at the funeral home. Larkin & Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis, Alabama entrusted with arrangements.
