LINDEN — The Patriots (7-5, 1-0) opened area play Tuesday night with a 72-31 win over Sweet Water.

Linden pulled away early in the contest and rested its starters in the fourth quarter en route to the victory.

Imoras Agee led the Patriots with 19 points, included 13 in the third quarter.

Shauka Reese had 13 points for the Patriots, including a trio of three-pointers.

Wilvonta Horton finished the night with 13 points and seven rebounds.

Nicholas Rogers added 10 points for Linden.

Anthony Robinson had 14 assists for the Pats.

Sweet Water did not have a player score in double figures in the contest.

Linden is set to play again next Tuesday in a road game against A.L. Johnson.
