John Essex falls short on the road

John Essex struggled to bring home a win this week and fell short against the St. Luke’s Wildcats 49-8.

Demarcus Bennett led the team with 15 carries and 125-yards and junior Jaylon Worthy scored their only touchdown for the night with a 8-yard reception.

John Essex plays Autaugaville at home this Friday.
