The following are incident reports from the Demopolis Police Department for the period ending Oct. 15:
• On Monday, Oct. 15 police responded to a report of harassment simple assault at Creekridge Hotel.
• On Monday, Oct. 15 police responded to a report of theft of property II a husky backpack blower and husky trimmer at the Demopolis Country Club.
