Sgt. James Edward Deavers, 56, of Radcliff, Ky., a native of Coatopa (Livingston Commuity) died Oct. 22 at his residence.

Funeral Services with full military honors were held Saturday, Oct. 27 at 1 p.m. at the Bethel-Pine Baptist Church in Coatopa, the Rev. Floyd Bell, Pastor. The Rev. Christopher Spencer will officiate. Interment will follow at the Zion Hill Cemetery in Coatopa.

The remains will repose at the church on Saturday beginning at 12 noon. Public viewing will be held Friday from 2-6 p.m. at the funeral home. Larkin & Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis entrusted with arrangements.
