The Demopolis High School girls and boys basketball teams went on the road Tuesday night to Bibb County to play the Choctaws.

The Lady Tigers won their game in a rout, 55-21. The boys team lost a close one by a score of 49-47.

Both teams are back in action for the first home game of the season on Thursday at 5 p.m. as the Tigers play host to the John Essex Hornets.
