The new Alabama Sports Writers Association basketball poll has been released, and there are still three Marengo County teams in the polls.

The Linden boys (14-1) are at No. 5 in the Class 1A rankings. They dropped one spot this week from No. 4.

The Marengo High girls (14-1) are No. 4 in the Class 1A rankings. There was no change in their ranking from last week.

The Marengo Academy girls (20-1) are No. 5 in the AISA rankings this week. They also did not change in their ranking from last week.
