The following are the arrest reports for the Demopolis Police Department for the period ending Sept. 10:

Rashawn D. Winn, 31, was arrested Monday, Sept. 9 for third-degree theft of property at East Washington Street.

Timothy A. Benison, 37, was arrested Monday, Sept. 9 for third-degree theft of property at East Washington Street.

Willie J. Belton, 35, was arrested Tuesday, Sept. 10 for DUI, attempting to elude a police officer, resisting arrest, failure to obey a police officer and second-degree possession of marijuana at East Pettus Street.
