The Demopolis Tigers Youth Football League teams hosted Gordo last weekend, and all three teams came away with victories.

The Demopolis Rookies defeated the Green Waves 14-12 in the first game of the day. The win moves the rookies to 2-1 on the season.

The Tigers Juniors won 28-0, and improved to 3-0. Through three games, the juniors have not allowed their opposition to cross the goal line, earning shutout victories each week so far.

The Demopolis Seniors earned a 32-6 win over Gordo to improve to 2-1 this season.

On Saturday, the Demopolis Youth Football League will welcome the Central Falcons from Tuscaloosa to town.

The rookies game will kick off at 9 a.m. with the other games following at the Demopolis Middle School field. All three of the Central teams are a perfect 3-0 to start the season.
