The hospital’s Auxiliary will sponsor their Annual Fall $5 Jewelry Sale on Thursday, Oct. 3 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday, Oct. 4 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the hospital classroom. One of the group’s most popular fundraisers, the jewelry sale has helped to purchase much-needed equipment for the hospital, as well as fund scholarships for area students who wish to pursue careers in healthcare.

The Auxiliary’s annual Fall Blood Drive will be held Monday, Oct. 7 from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be only one location this year in the United Blood Services mobile unit located in the hospital’s main parking lot. All blood types are needed, especially Type O.
