The following are the incident reports for the Demopolis Police Department for the period ending Dec. 31:

On Thursday, Dec. 26, police responded to a report of a hit and run at Capitol Street and Ash Street. The back passenger side of a vehicle was damaged.

On Thursday, Dec. 26, police responded to a report of sale of alcohol on certain days prohibited at Elks Food Mart.

On Sunday, Dec. 29, police responded to a report of third-degree domestic violence and third-degree criminal mischief at Highway 80 West. Portable electronic communication was stolen.

On Monday, Dec. 30, police responded to a report of third-degree domestic violence at Fourth Avenue.

On Monday, Dec. 30, police responded to a report of miscellaneous theft at West Jackson Street. Scrap iron was stolen.
