UWA women’s soccer to host ‘Kicking for a Cure’ event

West Alabama women’s soccer will host a charity soccer game against Martin Methodist to benefit Brest Cancer Research Foundation in Alabama on April 5th as a part its “Kickin’ for a Cure” philanthropy.

The price of admission into the game is a simple donation to the BCRFA. All money raised will go towards breast cancer research in Alabama. The game will feature special events and games for fans to participate.

The events will begin at 1 p.m. with kickoff for the game is set for 2 p.m. inside Tiger Stadium.

The Tigers will also hold silent auctions on the event’s Facebook page, Kickin’ for a Cure, leading up to the game with all money raised benefiting the research foundation.
