Aubrey Leon Randall, 85, of Demopolis, died Tuesday, April 29 at Bryan W. Whitfield Memorial Hospital.

He was born Oct. 21, 1928, in Demopolis to the late Leon Eugene Randall and Maggie Overstreet Randall. He retired after being Demopolis Fire Chief.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leon Eugene Randall and Maggie Overstreet Randall; son, Johnny Ray (Donna) Randall; and brothers, Marion Eugene Randall and Wilbur Henry Randall.

He is survived by his wife, Ella Ruth Harmon Randall; sons, Michael Leon (Lydia) Randall and Terry Joe (Kayte) Randall; brother, William Edward (Jerry) Randall; grandchildren, Emily Randall (Shane) Spiller, Michael Bryant Randall, Lydia Kathleen Randall, Rhae Randall (Reed) Darsey, Amelia Randall (Donnie) Jones, Joshua Heath (Brianna) Randall, Byron Ray (Beth) Randall, Rexx (Page) Randall and Anna Ruth Randall; and great-grandchildren, Madeline King, Ella Michael King, Edward Darsey, Brock Randall, Maxx Randall and Gunner Randall.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 1 at 2:30 p.m. at Gallion Baptist Church with the Rev. Hank Atchison officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel directing. Burial will follow at Demopolis Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 1:30-2:30 p.m. before the service.

Active pallbearers will be Michael Randall, Heath Randall, Byron Randall, Rexx Randall, Mike Baker, Willie Basil and Buster Rhone.

Honorary pallbearers will be the Demopolis Fire Department.
