Kenneth Dave Puzak, 73, of Gallion, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 17 in Demopolis.

He was born Feb. 1, 1941, in Tuscaloosa County to the late Alfred Lee and Ila B. Garner Puzak.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Charlotte Ann Brown Puzak; daughters, Tonya (David) Boles and Tanya (Wade) Epperson, both of Moundville; sister, Margaret Ann Wooley of Demopolis; brother, Alfred Lee (Gwen) Puzak Jr. of Livingston; grandchildren, Dylan Epperson and Meagan Epperson, both of Moundville; and great-grandchild, Abel Epperson.

Graveside services will be held Friday, Sept. 19 at 2 p.m. at Memory Hill Gardens on Skyland Boulevard in Tuscaloosa. The family will receive friends at Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel from 10-11 a.m. before leaving for Tuscaloosa.

Pallbearers will be Dylan Epperson, Jordan Hurter, Don Black, Jimmy Blankenship, Ken Puzak and Mike Puzak.
