William Kelly Etheridge, 88, of Myrtlewood, died Monday, Dec. 29, in Myrtlewood.

He was born March 19, 1926, in Beaver Creek. He was a retired auto parts sales representative and a member of Myrtlewood Baptist Church. He was also a World War II U.S. Army veteran.

He is survived by two daughters, Angie Barr of Sweet Water and Margaret Thurber of Myrtlewood; three sons, Kelly Etheridge Jr., of Linden, Tim Etheridge and Greg Etheridge of Myrtlewood; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor Etheridge.
