Taking part in the Alabama National American Miss Pageant in Birmingham on May 21-23 were (L-R) Lauren Boone, Amber Ray and Camilla Tutt. Tutt won the talent and photogenic competitions and placed second in the overall Junior Preteen category, while Boone took the first runner-up trophy in the talent and photogenic competitions as well as placing third in the acting competition and Ray placed among the top 10 in the Preteen category. Tutt and Boone were invited to attend the national pageant in Anaheim, Calif., in November. Tutt is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Webb Tutt of Demopolis, Boone is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Boone of Demopolis, and Ray is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Ray of Linden.

Taking part in the Alabama National American Miss Pageant in Birmingham on May 21-23 were (L-R) Lauren Boone, Amber Ray and Camilla Tutt.

Tutt won the talent and photogenic competitions and placed second in the overall Junior Preteen category.

Boone took the first runner-up trophy in the talent and photogenic competitions as well as placing third in the acting competition.

Ray placed among the top 10 in the Preteen category.

Tutt and Boone were invited to attend the national pageant in Anaheim, Calif., in November.

Tutt is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Tutt of Demopolis, Boone is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Boone of Demopolis, and Ray is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Ray of Linden.
