A fight April 9 at Linden High School resulted in the arrest of one student and the possible suspension of several others.

The problem started earlier in the school cafeteria with some students throwing food, said Linden School Superintendent Walter Davis. Then "at the close of the day there was a confrontation between a boy and a girl.

…The young man thought that the young lady was the one that turned in his name or turned in several names." As a result, there was an altercation.
