Rebecca Leigh Roemen (center) was crowned Miss Lake Demopolis Thursday evening. Jane Elynn Dickerson (left) was the second alternate, and Jenny Moore was the first alternate. Roemen will reign over the third annual Freedom on the River Festival July 3 and 4 at the City Landing.
