Lucille Dunn (Lucy) Ulmer

Demopolis

Lucille Dunn (Lucy) Ulmer, 85, of Demopolis, died Saturday, June 14, 2003, at Bryan W. Whitfield Memorial Hospital.

Graveside services were held Tuesday, June 17, 2003, at Demopolis Memorial Gardens with Rev. Don Smith officiating and under the direction of Kidd-Robbins Funeral Directors.

She is a native of Octagon, lived in Linden for many years and worked 17 years as a nursery day care worker. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Rangeline Road Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward W. (Larry) Ulmer Jr.; a son, Edward W. (Butch) Ulmer III; and a grandson, Mark W. Ulmer.

Mrs. Ulmer is survived by a son, Joe Ulmer (Wanda) of Demopolis; two grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Jimmy Dunn, Jim Dunn, John Ed Carwford, John Crawford and Frank Dunn.

Flowers or donations may be sent in her name to Rangeline Road Baptist Church.

Joseph R. Crepps

Linden

Joseph R. Crepps, 82, of Linden, died Saturday, June 14, 2003, at Bryan W. Whitfield Memorial Hospital.

Graveside services were held Tuesday, June 17, 2003, at Demopolis Memorial Gardens with Rev. Don Smith officiating and under the direction of Kidd-Robbins Funeral Directors.

He was born in Vida, Ala. (Autauga County). He was a county member of Gallion Baptist Church and retired from the Lone Star Cement Plant in Demopolis.

He was a long time resident of Old Spring Hill.

He is survived by his wife, Catherine Saunders Crepps; two sons, Joe Ralph Crepps of Tuscaloosa and Robert Marion Glass on Birmimgham; a sister, Dot Barington of Natchez. Miss.; and two nephews, Lawrence Barnes of Demopolis and John Crepps Jr. of Gallion.

Joseph Richard Pearson

Boligee

Joseph Richard Pearson, 59, of Boligee, died Saturday, June 14, 2003 in Foley, Ala.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 19, 2003 at the Beth Salem Cemetery in Boligee with Bro. Kenny Overstreet

officiating and under the direction of Kidd-Robbins Funeral Directors.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2003, at Kidd-Robbins Funeral Home.

He is survived by his wife, Donna B. Pearson of Boligee; a daughter, Michelle (Scott) LaLone of Birmingham; three sons, Joseph Pearson, James Pearson and Robert Pearson, all of Boligee; three sisters, Lucy McDuff and Kim McDuff, both of Moundville, and Cheryl Hill of Demopolis; three brothers, Steve Pearson and Bobby Pearson, both of Boligee, and Buddy Pearson of Demopolis; step-father, Noel Watson of Boligee; grandchildren, Daniel LaLone and Scott Lalone Jr., both of Birmingham; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Jason Pearson, Eric Pearson, Adam Pearson, Chris Jones, Cody Drummond, Michael Drummond and Mathew Rogers.
