Hale County Sheriff’s Report for May

The Hale County Sheriff’s Department recorded the following incident reports:

Theft of Property II was reported May 25 at 580 Sandy Fork Circle in Moundville. One ruger 10-22 valued at $250, One Mossberg Pump Shotgun valued at $200, and One Winchester .308 valued at $700 were all reported stolen.

Assault III was reported May 30 at Co. Rd. 64 in Greensboro.

Theft of Property II and Unlawful Breaking and Entering of a vehicle were reported on May at 6975 Co. Rd. 17 Sawyerville. One Remington 6mm rifle valued at $350 and One Remington 306 rifle valued at $400 were reported stolen.

Theft of Identity and Illegal use of credit card were reported May 14 in Greensboro.

Domestic Violence III was reported May 21 at 9043 US Hwy 80 Faunsdale.

Criminal Mischief III was reported May 4 at 489 Butternutt Road in Greensboro. $200 worth of damage to the mobile home was reported.

Unlawful Breaking and Entering vehicle and Theft of Property II were reported May 15 at 287 Sylvia Loop Rd. in Moundville. $1000 worth of car electronics was reported stolen.

Burglary II and Theft of Property I were reported May 15 at 3364 Co. Rd. 21 in Greensboro. One X-Box system and 12 games along with various other electronics all-totaling $2000 were reported stolen.

Burglary III was reported May 10 at 4805 Co. Rd. 47 in Greensboro.

Burglary III was reported May 11 at 112 Rhodes Street in Greensboro.

Theft of Property III and Burglary III were reported May 6/1 in Greensboro. $200 worth of items and $150 worth of damage was reported.

Lost car tag was reported May 30 at Hale County.

The following arrests were recorded at the Hale County Jail:

Maurice Braxton, 18, of Newbern, was booked May 17 for Theft of Property III and Burglary III.

Andy Lamont Tinker, 21, of Greensboro, was booked May 19 for Escape III.

Christopher Teacher, 31, of Faunsdale, was booked May 21 for Assault III Domestic.

James Elliott, 32, of Greensboro, was booked May 22 for DUI, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Marijuana II.

Courtney D. Teacher, 21, of Greensboro, was booked May 22 for Assault II.

Richard James Lewis, 41, of Newbern, was booked May 25 for Possession of Forged Instrument II and two counts of FTA – Burglary III.

Emanuel Watkins, 46, of Greensboro, was booked May 25 for DUI.

Charles Aaron Webster, of Greensboro, was booked May 27 for Child Support.
