Leona M. Copeland, 79, Demopolis died Wednesday, May 26, 2004 at Woodhaven Manor Nursing Home. Graveside services will be Thursday, May 27,2004 at 10:00AM at the Demopolis Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Ed Pickel and Josh Head will officiate and Kidd Robbins Funeral Directors will direct. Mrs. Copeland is survived by three daughters: Beth C. (Bill) Baker, Carol C. (Billy) Squires, and Gloria C. (Benjie) Nettles all of Demopolis, AL, five grand children and 6 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Royals Copeland and her parents Mr. and Mrs. Stanley McGuire. Pallbearers will be her grandsons.

Mrs. Copeland was a native of Demopolis and a member of the First Christian Church. The family requests that flowers or donations be made to First Christian Church or your favorite charity.
