He is survived by his wife, Diane Agee, Daphne, AL; his mother Nellie Agee, Demopolis, AL; one son, Jim Agee , Nashville, TN; one daughter, Kathy Henson, Birmingham, AL; two step-sons, Kyle Cato of Orlando, FL and Chad Cato of Richmond, VA; six grandchildren, three step grandchildren, and one niece. Private family services will be held.
