Plans for the Theo Ratliff Activity Center have been approved and will be ready for bid soon. Target date for opening is early spring of 2005.

The Parks and Recreation Department is still raising funds to help support this project. NBA Star Theo Ratliff is autographing 3 basketballs that will be given away (1 in October, 1 in December and 1 in February).
