Vehicle Recovery at Limerock Road.

August 16

Harassment at Herbert Street.

Criminal Mischief at Mauvilla Trailer Park.

August 17

Forced Residence Burglary at Blacks Drive.

The following arrests were made by the Demopolis Police Department:

August 10

RonKeith D. Gulley, 24, was arrested at Hwy. 43 North for a Noise Ordinance Violation.

Alexander D. Johnson, 29, was arrested at Floyd Street for Trafficking.

Carrie M. Johnson, 21, was arrested at Floyd Street for Disorderly Conduct.

August 11

Anthony S. Prisock, 29, was arrested at Marengo Co. Detention Ctr. for Possession of Forged Instrument 2.

Simone M. Richardson, 22, was arrested at Rainbow Circle for Contempt of Court.

Melesha L. Oglen, 29, was arrested at Hilltop Circle for Probation Violation.

August 12

Keith B. Cone, 19, was arrested at Hwy. 80 for Noise Ordinance Violation.

August 13

Eddie Benson, 33, was arrested at East Jackson Street for DUI, Reckless Endangerment.

August 14

Franklin Lee Davis, Jr., 24, was arrested at Daisy Salt and Pepper Lounge for Pistol on Other’s Premise.

David Wayne Pierce, 35, was arrested at Red Carpet Inn for Possession of Cocaine.

August 16

John Preston Milam, 21, was arrested at US Hwy. 43 and Bell Street for Contempt of Court.

Josh I. Head, 38, was arrested at North Walnut for Harassment.

Angela Rowser, 31, was arrested at Cedar Street for Domestic Violence.

Linden Police Report

The following incidents/ offenses were reported by the Linden Police Department:

August 11

Tri-Mart reported that $285.92 came up missing from a desk drawer.

The report was taken by Chief Laduron and is still under investigation.

Tri-Mart reported that someone pumped $6.00 worth of gasoline and drove off without paying for it.

Vehicle description was unknown.

Officers Roberts and Bright took the report.

August 14

Tri-Mart called police to report a theft of $177.00 out of the store.

Officer Huckabee took this report.

This case is also under investigation and is being worked in conjunction with the Aug. 11 case.

August 15

Frank Lewis Jr. reported to police that a man came to his residence with a gun and was making threatening remarks to him.

Lewis said he just wanted it on file.

Officer Alston and Bright took the report.

August 16

Shirley Bradley reported that someone had broken into her storage shed and stole a deep fryer cooker.

Officer Bright took the report and is working on the case.

The following arrests were reported by the Linden Police Department:

August 11

Eric Wolf, black male, 25, of Linden, was arrested for the offense of trespassing III.

Arresting officers were Roberts and Bright.

August 13

Tremain Fountain, black male, 40, of Linden, was arrested on the charge of Domestic Violence.

Officer Watters made the arrest.

Derrick Smith, black male, 26, of Sweetwater, was arrested and charged with 2 counts of fail to appear.

Officer Alston was the arresting officer.
