Shirley Fitzhugh Dixon

Linden

Shirley Fitzhugh Dixon, 64, a native of Dixon Mills and a resident of Linden passed Monday, Jan. 10, 2005 at her home in Linden. Funeral services were held Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2005 at 2 p.m. at Cornerstone Church in Linden, with the Revs. Rob Wynne and Billy Harris officiating. Interment was held in Providence Baptist Church Cemetery in Gallion, with O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home, Linden, entrusted with arrangements. Active pallbearers were Evan Fetzer, Bradly Enriquez, Dewayne Rogers, Johnnie West, Sr., Jeremy Black, Sam Pierce, and Wayne West, alternate. Survivors include her husband, Gerald Wayne Dixon of Linden; mother, Thelma Fitzhugh of Linden; sons, Michael Paul Dillman of Monroeville, Darel Scott Dillman of Bogua Lousa, La., Robert Anthony Dillman of Linden, Charles Edward Lewis of Linden; step-son, Danny Wayne Dixon of Jackson, Miss.; daughter, Tabbitha Shirl West of Linden; step-daughter, Tabatha Hughey of Tebadeux, La.; brother, David L. Fitzhugh of Linden; sister, Pauline Stephens of Linden; and 18 grandchildren. Mrs. Dixon was a homemaker.

Sims Ingram, Sr.

Livingston

Sims Ingram, Sr., 76, of Livingston passed in Jefferson Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian, Miss. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Jan. 15, 2005 at noon at the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Coatopa. The Rev. Henry Moore will officiate and interment will follow in the Dugg Hill Cemetery, with McInnis Mortuary of Livingston entrusted with arrangements. The remains will repose at the church an hour prior to service time.
