Feb. 28

A complaint was filed at Cloverdale Lodge in Union for burglary. A 19″ RCA television, valued at $100, a stereo and amplifier, valued at $1,000, an alarm clock, valued at $5 and a microwave, valued at $50 were reported stolen. Damage, estimated at $50, were also reported. There is a suspect.

A complaint was filed in Clinton for burglary. A 12-gauge shotgun, valued at $150, and a Mitsubishi television, valued at $125 were reported stolen. Damages, estimated at $500 were also reported.

March 1

A report was filed for a recovered vehicle. Deputies recovered a 1999 or 200 Pontiac Grand Prix on Lewiston Road. The vehicle was burned and had no identification,

March 3

A complaint was filed in Clinton for burglary. A trailer, valued at $700, two air conditioners, valued at $650, two small trailers, valued at $99 and $550 and an aluminum nightstand, valued at $250.

A complaint was filed in Greene County for robbery. Cash, valued at $43 was reported stolen.

Arrests

Feb. 24

Richard Stewart, 34, of Boligee was arrested on charges of promotion of prison contraband. Bond has been set at $1,000.

Feb. 26

John Porter, 36, of Forkland was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Feb. 27

Andrew Goodrum, 29, of Boligee was arrested on charges of criminal mischief, second degree. Bond is set for $2,000.

March 2

Elouise Thomas, 44, of Eutaw was arrested on charges of burglary and assault, third degree.

Otha Davis, 27, of Forkland was arrested on charges of contempt of court for child support.

Willie Rice, 34, was arrested on charges of contempt of court for child support.

Jerry Jones, 54, of Eutaw was arrested on charges of contempt of court.

Vincent Spencer, 42, was arrested on charges of contempt of court for child support.

March 4

Anthony Powell, 22, was arrested on charges of child support. He was released on a $1,500 cash bond.

Torreo Powell, 26, of Eutaw was arrested on charges of failure to appear for driving under the influence and failure to appear for driving while suspended.

Eddie Miller, 47, of Demopolis was arrested on charges of harassment and possession of marijuana, second degree.

March 1

Troy Delahoussaye was released on $1,000 bond for driving under the influence.

March 2

Marcus Lavendar was released on $10,000 bond for assault, second degree.

Prince Purse, 22, was released on $15,000 bond for possession of a controlled substance.
