BELLAMY &8212; David C. Bivines, 61, of Bellamy, formerly of Whitfield, died Nov. 2, 2007, at his residence. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 10, 2007, at the Morning Star Baptist Church in Bellamy. The Rev. Marcus Lawrence officiated. The Rev. Woodrow Giles was the master of order. Interment followed in Ebenezer Cemetery in Whitfield. Larkin&Scott Funeral directors of Demopolis were in charge of arrangements.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earlean Bibines and Cliff Wylie. He joined Morning Star Baptist Church at an early age.

Survivors include his wife, Geneva Bivines; two children, Charlotte Bivines and Curtis Bivines; friend, Eliza Jenkins of Bellamy; siblings, Diane Jackson and husband, Willie, Pearl Thomas, Ida Trier, Jacquelyn Brantley, Glenise Moore; godmother, Leola Stalling of Bellamy; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
