It was a next-to-effortless match up last night as Coach Tony Pittman&8217;s Lady Tigers beat the Dallas County High School Lady Hornets on their home court 77-36.

The Tigers came out and started strong as they took possession of the game-opening tip off.

At the end of the first period of play, the Tigers held the advantage at 21-8.

Throughout the second period, the Tigers slow down a pace and the team addressed that problem at the half, according to Pittman.

The Tigers had four ladies with points in the double-digits on the night.

Leading with 14 points each were Jasmine Simmons and Shay Smith. Coming in one point behind was Alicia Arnold with 13 and Kierra Carter with 12.

Overall, the Tigers&8217; ringleader said he&8217;s nothing but pleased with his team.
