Mayor Roy P. “Pat” Vice, of Linden, died late Tuesday after suffering with a prolonged illness.

There will be a wake from 6 to 9 p.m. at O’Bryant Funeral Home in Linden. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. at Linden Baptist Church on Thursday. City Hall will be closed on June 19.
