DEMOPOLIS &8212; For Tiffany Cannon, moving to Demopolis presents its own unique opportunities.

Cannon, the new advertising manager at The Times, said she is looking forward to working with the community and providing strong customer service to the paper&8217;s clients.

The 27-year-old is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where she majored in print journalism and minored in communications. Cannon is a native of Cullman, and she is the wife of Times publisher Jason Cannon, and the couple has a 3-year-old daughter, Lizzie.

Cannon&8217;s hobbies include spending time with her daughter, reading and participating in competitive barbecue cookoffs along with her husband.

Cannon is a native of Crane Hill, near Cullman. She began her career as a sports editor in Clanton, and from there moved to features, and finally to advertising.
