Ms. Q.T.Phillips-Roberts, age 87 of Chicago, Illinois, formerly of Jefferson, Alabama passed August 23, 2008 at Woodhaven Manor Nursing Home. Funeral Services were held Saturday, August 30, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the First Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, Jefferson, Alabama. Rev. E. Charleston, Pastor. Rev. J. L. Miller, pastor of Mt. Vernon M.B. Church, Chicago,IL officiated. Interment followed in Miller’s Chapel Cemetery, Demopolis, Alabama. Larkin & Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis, Alabama entrusted with arrangements. Survivors include her son, James “Billy” Richardson, Jr. of Chicago, IL and daughter, Ola Nelson (Robert) of Chicago, IL; 12 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; her twin brother, J.T. Phillips of Jefferson, AL; her sister, Lee Ethel Phillips of Demopolis, AL; sister-in-law, Mary A. Roberts of Mobile, AL; three very special friends, Jessie Bell Fluker of Chicago, IL, Mr. & Mrs. Dixon of Sweetwater, AL; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
