Nora Etheridge

Nora Lee Etheridge, 78, died Thursday, October 2 at Marengo Nursing Home. She was a native of Myrtlewood and a member of Myrtlewood Presbyterian Church.
Prior to retiring she was an accountant. Graveside funeral services will be held Oct. 4 at 11 a.m. at the Myrtlewood Cemetery with Kelly Etheridge officiating. Mrs. Etheridge was preceded in death by her husband, Jewel Curtis Etheridge, Sr.; grandson, Anthony Sheldon Moseley and her brothers and sisters, Bonnie Hall, Myrtis Hall Tucker, Comer (Bo) Hall, Annie Belle Sollie, James Dennis, Bob Dennis and John C. Dennis. She is survived by two daughters, Robin Etheridge (Ronnie) O’Neal, of Demopolis and Lee Etheridge (Gregg) Singleton, of Linden; son, Jewel Curtis Etheridge, Jr., of Myrtlewood; seven grandchildren, John Moseley, April Morley, Lacey Carroll, Joy Lee Gunter, J.C. Etheridge, Katy Etheridge and Jamie Singleton; six great-grandchildren, Addison Gunter, Keaton Grace Gunter, Madeline Morley, Ava Morley, Olivia Morley and Easton Carroll and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Greg Singleton, Ronnie O’Neal, Dan Gunter, Phillip Carroll, Mike Morley, Jim Russell Quinney and John Payne Thomas. Honorary Pall bearers will be John Moseley, J.C. Etheridge and Jamie Singleton.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Myrtlewood Cemetery, c/o W.T. Sansing, Myrtlewood, AL 36763. Kidd-Robbins Funeral Directors of Demopolis directing.
