The Marengo County Health Department will host a flu clinic on Friday, Oct. 17, and on Thursday, Oct. 30. Both flu clinics will be from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Health Department office at 303 Industrial Drive in Linden.

“We will be issuing flu shots,” said Machelle Jackson, a clerk with the Marengo County Health Department. “It will be open to the public for people 18 and older. We don’t have flu shots available for children yet, but we were told that we would have them available in November.”
