Mrs. Hattie Brooks, age 71, of the Dollarhide community in Boligee passed on Jan. 12, 2009, at her residence.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2009, at 1 p.m. at the St. Matthew Watson Baptist Church in Boligee. The Rev. Christopher Spencer will officiate. Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery. The remains will repose at the church on Saturday beginning at noon. Public viewing will be held Friday from 1 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
