Ms. Mattie Louise Essex Clark, age 86 of Demopolis, Alabama passed January 24, 2009. Funeral services were held Saturday, January 31, 2009 at Friendship Baptist Church, Demopolis, Alabama. Rev. Henry Thompson officiated. Interment followed in New Jefferson Cemetery, Jefferson, Alabama. Larkin & Scott Funeral Directors, Demopolis, Alabama were entrusted with all arrangements.
Sis. Clark leaves to cherish her memory, eight devoted cousins, Mary Thomas, Robert Hudson, Jesse Wright, Ernestine Wright Vinson Cosby, Ernestine Mitchell, Henry Fluker, Dorothy Fluker, Eddie Young and Arthur Cosby, and host of other cousins, relatives and friends.
