Helen Finch

Helen Copeland Finch, age 93, of Birmingham passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2009, at Fairhaven Nursing Home.
She was a native of Meridian, Miss., and a retired secretary.
Visitation was held on Friday, Feb. 6, at 10 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Demopolis, with the funeral to follow at 11 a.m. with Dr. Art Luckie officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Demopolis. Kidd-Robbbins Funeral Directors of Demopolis is directing the services.
She is survived by three daughters, Helen (John) Williamson of Homewood, Margaret (Allen) Colburn of Trussville and Ann Finch (Joe Pokash) of Austin, Texas; three sons, Carl (Janice) Finch of Birmingham, John Finch of Palmerdale and Jim Finch of Sanford, Fla.; a sister, Nellie Mae (Lloyd) Fell of Palakta, Fla.; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Active pallbearers will be John Williamson, Allen Colburn, Richard Williamson, Roger Williamson, Jimmy Copeland and Roy Copeland.
