Joe P. Quinney, Jr., age 59, of Gallion passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2009.
A memorial service will be held at Providence Baptist Church on Tuesday, March 17, at 11 a.m.
He was preceded in death by his father, Press Quinney, and his nephew, Randy Ramsey.
He is survived by his wife, Betsy Smoot Quinney; a son, Rich (Susanna) Quiney; a daughter, Riley Quinney; his mother, Nell Quinney Noland; his sisterm Joan (Pete) Wilkinson; and a nephew, Dallas Ramsey.
