Mrs. Carrie Merriweather Wilson of Harlem, N.C., formerly of Jefferson, passed recently.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 14, at 1 p.m. at Friendship Baptist Church in Demopolis. The Rev. Henry Thompson is the pastor. Interment will follow in Scott Memorial Cemetery in Jefferson. The remains will lie in state at the church on Tuesday beginning at noon. Larkin & Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis is directing the services.
