Mildred Doggett Miller, age 86, of Demopolis died on Wednesday, April 8, 2009, at Bryan W. Whitfield Memorial Hospital.
She was a native of Choctaw County.
Graveside funeral services were held on Friday, April 10, at 11 a.m. at Memorial Gardens of Demopolis with the Rev. Allen Atkins officiating. O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home of Linden directed the services.
Survivors include a son, Larry (Patsy) Miller of Orange Beach; two daughters, Janis (George) Peppenhorst of Demopolis and Suzanne (Sonny) Barger of Millers Ferry; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Miller; a son, Wallace Miller; a daughter, Janet Williams; a grandson, Jeremy Peppenhorst; and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter M. Doggett.
Pallbearers were Butch Barger III, Butch Barger IV, Eric Barger, Ray Miller, Manning Williams and Robert Williams.
