Samuel Lee Scott, age 47, of Forkland passed on Nov. 8, 2009, at his residence. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Nov. 14, at 1 p.m. at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Forkland. Minister William M. Branch III will officiate. The remains will repose at the church on Saturday beginning at noon. Interment with full military honors will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery in Forkland. A public viewing will be held on Friday, Nov. 13, from 1 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home. A wake will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home chapel. Larkin and Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis is directing the services.
