Funeral services for Greene County sheriff Ison Thomas of Forkland were held on Saturday, April 10, at 1 p.m. at Greene County High School in Eutaw. Min. Clayborn May officiated; Johnnie Knott served as the mistress of order. Interment with full military honors followed in Lloyd Chapel Church Cemetery of Forkland. Larkin and Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis directed the services.
