Funeral services for Mr. Johnny L. Wesley, of Forkland, AL were held Saturday, May 1, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Ebenezer Baptist Church, Forkland, AL. Min. William Branch, pastor; Min, Michael Barton officiated. Interment followed in Ebenezer Cemetery, Jefferson, AL. Larkin and Scott Funeral Directors of Demopolis, AL were entrusted with arrangements.
Johnny leaves to cherish his precious memory, a loving and devoted father, Robert Wesley, Sr. of Forkland, AL; two daughters, Cassie (Charles) Tripp of Demopolis, AL and Tracy (Albert) Williams, Jr. of Forkland, AL; three sons, Henry (Doreen) Washington of Forkland, AL, Chester (Tracy) Washington and Bruce (Tanya) Washington, both of Demopolis, AL; 28 grandchildren (two of whom were very devoted, Ariel Williams and Jerrell Washington); three sisters, Linda Barton of Forkland, AL, Dorothy Wesley of Demopolis, AL and Julia Jackson of Chicago, IL; three brothers, Dennis (Teresa) Wesley of Raleigh, NC, Kenneth Wesley of Lithia Springs, GA and Kalvin (Kris) Wesley of Flowery Branch, GA; a special friend, Lilly Mae Davis of Forkland, AL and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
