SWEET WATER — Chris Landrum made his collegiate plans known Wednesday, bucking offers from four other Division I schools and opting to commit to Auburn. A fullback and defensive end for the Bulldogs during his 2009 junior campaign, Landrum earned all-state honors while recording 12 sacks and narrowly missing the 1000-yard rushing mark.

Landrum is currently an unrated prospect by Rivals.com, but held offers from Duke, Tennessee, Alabama and Southern Miss before choosing the Tigers. Landrum said Auburn, “felt like home.”
