Johnny Jefferson Stephens

Johnny Jefferson Stephens, age 45, of Demopolis passed away on Sept. 17, 2010, at his home.
He was born on Dec. 19, 1964, in Pickens County to the late William and Juanita Skelton Stephens. He was a truck driver for the Demopolis Hickory Mill.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Robin Blair; two daughters, Lena (Brandon) Lovelady of Gordo and Rickyann Pearce of Demopolis; three sons, Cody Stephens, Jonathon Stephens and Dustin Stephens, all of Demopolis; a brother, Mike Huffman of Gordo; and one grandchild, Annabelle Lovelady of Gordo.
Funeral services were held on Sunday, Sept. 19, at 2 p.m. at Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel with Dr. Allen Atkins officiating. Burial followed at 4:30 p.m. at Franconia Cemetery in Aliceville. The family received friends on Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel directed the services.
Active pallbearers were Bud Phillips, Ricky Horne, Jim Reid, Jack McPherson, Steve Mangum and Mike Huffman. Honorary pallbearers were the Fairhaven Baptist Church Sunday Class II, Denny Blair and Dan Lawrence.
