Ralph Price, age 69, of Demopolis passed away on Sept. 24, 2010, at his home.
He was born on Sept. 27, 1940, in Noxapater, Miss., to the late Barney and Lois Hancock Price.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Barney Price; and a nephew, Walker Price.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Fox Price of Demopolis; a son, Michael (Machele Fuqua) Price of Demopolis; a sister, Sylvia (Harold) Hinton of Brandon, Miss; two grandchildren, Meredith Price of Tuscaloosa and Madison Price of Demopolis; three nieces, Karen Chapman of Brandon, Miss., Kathy Ross of Brandon, Miss., and Cindy Price of Mississippi; and a nephew, Roland Price of Hazelhurst, Miss.
A memorial service was held on Monday, Sept. 27, at 11 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Demopolis with Dr. Art Luckie officiating. Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel directed the service.
