Van Hoose & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Services announce the death of Mr. Clarence ‘Popcorn’ Blackmon, Jr. Mr. Blackmon passed on Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at UAB West Medical Center.

Public viewing for Mr. Clarence “Popcorn” Blackmon, Jr. will be Monday, March 7, 2011 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm from the New Bethlehem Baptist Church, 1730 11th Ave., Bessemer. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at 1:30 pm from the Cornerstone Full Gospel Baptist Church, 610 Brooksdale Dr., Tuscaloosa.
