Mona Etheridge Ezelle, 54, of Forkland died at her home April 6, 2012.

She was born July 2, 1957 in Mobile County to the late Robert E. and Queen Adams Etheridge.

Mona is preceded in death by her loving parents Robert and Queen Adams Etheridge.

She is survived by her husband: Mike Ezelle of Forkland, AL ; her son: Dusty Smith ( Becca ) of Linden, Al. ; sisters: Sandra Dodd ( Glenn ) of Fincastle, VA and Beverly Addison ( Billy ) of Upper Marlboro, Maryland ; brother: Sheldon Etheridge ( Cheryl ) of Moncks Corner, South Carolina; and her three grandchildren Kaitlyn, Kassidy, and Kelsey Smith of Linden, Alabama. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
