Funeral services for Roy Thomas Bouler Jr. will be held at Alpine Baptist Church on Wednesday, Sept. 12, with the Reverend Braad Mitchell presiding. Visitation will be from 9-11 a.m., with the service following. Interment will be at Alpine Cemetery.

Mr. Bouler died at his home in Alpine on Saturday, Sept. 8. He is preceded in death by his wife Olive Killough Bouler. He is survived by his daughter Kristen Bouler Jones, her husband Billy Jones, her daughters Molly Kristen Raisanen, Olivia Adelaide Raisanen, and Emma Grace Farrar Raisanen.

Mr. Bouler was born in Demopolis on Jan. 4, 1935. He held degrees from Auburn University and The University of Alabama. He was a member of Sigma Pi Fraternity, Auburn University. Mr. Bouler taught high school history and speech at Bay County High School in Panama City, Fl. He was employed by Crown Textiles in Talladega and by the Alabama State Department of Rehabilitation.
