Jan McDonald, of Demopolis, joined the Bryan W. Whitfield Memorial Hospital Auxiliary this month as their newest member.

McDonald, who recently retired as the Executive Director of the Demopolis City Schools Foundation, brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience working with non-profit organizations, as well as a never-ending supply of energy.

When asked why she wished to volunteer at BWWMH, she summed up the meaning of volunteerism when she simply said that she wants “to help out where I can do some good.”
